The Office of Technology is seeking experienced Technical Enablement Leads (TELs) to support adoption of Leidos capabilities within our captures and on existing contracts. The TEL works with our solution development team to create consistent and scalable products of capabilities developed. The TEL will help with positioning and branding the product based on requirements of various groups. The TEL collaborates with BD, Operations, solution development teams, and technical support resources to ensure that the proposed deals include technical solutions to accurately address customer needs. TEL is responsible for spearheading and coordinating implementation of technical solutions within programs on-contract. TEL works deals assigned to the group supported, prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on team productivity and profit, or as directed by the Technology Operations Lead.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assists Solution Development leads with packaging (scoping, differentiation, competitive analysis, cost models, documentation, data rights, IP constraints, contract mechanism, security accreditation, etc)
Maintains and updates a service catalog of products and implements a knowledge management framework
Continuously collects product related metrics and evaluates product performance to make recommendations about product.
Helps identify business models for these products.
Opportunistically pursues and identifies additional business development opportunities with BD and PMs for On Contract Account growth. This includes collaborating with a number of additional stakeholders such as technical staff, Solution development teams and CTOs.
Collaborates closely with BD, capture teams, CTOs, Solution development teams to coordinate insertion of differentiated solutions towards a winning proposal
Harvest proof points and metrics related to products implemented in proposals and their influence over wins. Additionally, harvests proof points and metrics from on contract implementations to determine product performance.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Information Systems, Information Security, IT, EE, Network Engineering, Computer Science with 8+ years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of experience in lieu of a degree will be accepted.
Active Public Trust security clearance.
Significant experience (3+ years) designing, building and curating enterprise IT capabilities the Federal Systems Integration market
Product Life cycle knowledge/ experience
Experience in capturing technical requirements and defining technical solutions in the form of conceptual, logical, and physical designs, including the ability to articulate those concepts verbally, graphically and in writing.
Ability to synthesize solution design information, architectural principles, available technologies, third-party products, and industry standards to formulate a system architecture that meets client requirements and can be delivered within the desired timeframe.
Experience developing cost models, technical delivery plans, technical solutions and basis of estimates (BOE), including Bill of Materials (BOM).
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of trends in technology related to Digital Transformation
Knowledge of Security requirements particular to federal Agencies
Pay Range:
Pay Range $84,500.00 - $130,000.00 - $175,500.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
