The QRC Airborne ISR Division (QRCAISR) of Leidos has a need for a Personnel Deployment Analyst (PDA) at their location in Bridgewater, VA. This is an exciting opportunity to use your skills in deployment strategic planning, emergency response, and data and records management on the Persistent Surveillance Systems – Tethered (PSS-T) Program.
What’s in it for you?
The PDA must diplomatically negotiate deployment strategy within the context of a difficult and ever-changing set of customer and host nation requirements. They must then be able to effectively develop and implement guidance to Leidos personnel that complies with these requirements. These requirements include, but are not limited to, deployment rotation planning, travel visa acquisition and compliance, Letter of Authorization and Common Access Card maintenance policy, CONUS Replacement Center (CRC) eligibility requirements, arming of US national employees according to US and host-nation law, and export policy of data and equipment. The PDA will also work with various stakeholders to develop statistical analyses that improve internal processes and provide actionable data for use in deployment strategy, then train teammates on the use of the resulting information.
THE CHALLENGE (primary responsibilities)
This position will report directly to the Personnel Deployment Manager.
Strategic planning of complex deployment actions for large groups of Leidos, subcontractor, and Prime company personnel, with little supervision.
Regular negotiation with top level customer representatives in planning and implementing procedures that comply with complex policy, put in place by the US and host-nation governments.
Maintain effective communication with all Team TCOM operations and internationally deployed personnel, providing responsive support to a short-notice hire-to-deployment rotation operational tempo
Maintain updated information on all deployment personnel such as deployment status, medical currencies, individual training requirements, emergency contact data and other required information
Remains knowledgeable of Combatant Command personnel policies and local base policies affecting contractor personnel
Work extensively with Microsoft data analysis tools including but not limited to Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.
PDAs are expected to fully integrate with, improve, and develop data analysis tools and processes in the pursuit of efficient and effective deployment strategies.
Must be responsive to urgent inquiries and be available to support deployment needs on short notice, including nights and weekends, if required.
Additional responsibilities may include assisting with onboarding of new hires and integration into local Leidos culture.
WHAT SETS YOU APART (basic qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree with 2-4 years prior relevant experience or Masters with up to 2 years of prior relevant experience
2+ years of administrative or human resources experience required.
Must have skills in analyzing and reporting complex information for use in producing actionable strategic data.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
Must demonstrate ability to analyze and solve complex problems and understand the broader factors that create such problems.
Must have experience with tracking, analyzing, and reporting complex data, using Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint or similar tools.
The ability to multitask and coordinate the actions of others in a fast paced, quickly changing environment, is essential.
Must have domain knowledge relative to international deployment requirements and processes.
Security Clearance Requirement
Ability to obtain and maintain SECRET level clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with development of Microsoft Excel formulas, Data Analysis using Power Query, Power BI, or other database management tools and statistical analysis skills.
Proficiency with DOD SPOT-ES System, CAC TASS System, and PRMS.
Proficiency with the Leidos hiring and other personnel actions databases, as well as proficiency in the Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS).

Pay Range:
Pay Range $48,750.00 - $75,000.00 - $101,250.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
