Job Description:
Leidos is seeking an eDiscovery Senior Data Specialist to support of the Department of Justice in Washington, DC. This is a remote position; however, onsite work may be required on an ad-hoc basis and candidate must be in the Washington, D.C. metro area. This is a senior level position operating under the direction of more senior Contractor IT staff.
Responsibilities include:
Provide oversight functions for Data Specialists performing file manipulation, loading, conversion services, exports, and productions and quality checks of loads and exports.
Develop, evaluate and modify methodologies and procedures for manipulating files for use with COTS products and litigation support applications.
Perform quality assurance of all EFP services.
Ensure that incoming productions are made pursuant to the applicable ESI specifications and when deficiencies are found, provides EFP Manager with detailed notice of deficiencies.
Recommend process improvement to ensure high quality, timely and cost-effective methods are utilized.
Basic Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree (or equivalent) preferred-preferably in computer science or related field and at least five years’ experience performing eDiscovery roles including but not limited to electronic files processing (EFP), image and data file conversion, data culling using review tools, quality assurance, database loads and retrieval, and data analysis.
Knowledge of litigation discovery process, and the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) workflow.
Working knowledge of personal computers, including Windows, document review software, and encryption methods.
Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge of Government’s IT environment, including office automation networks, PC and server based applications.
Experience with LAW, IPRO, Relativity or other document processing platform.
Familiarity with iCONECT, Relativity, MS Office Suite, and West LiveNote.
Experience developing workflows using Relativity or other document review applications
Trial experience
Brainspace, NexLP, and Blackout experience
Technology Assisted Review experience.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $59,150.00 - $91,000.00 - $122,850.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
