The Defense Group at Leidos currently has an opening for an Analyst to work at the customer site on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the PACAF C5ISRO II mission. In this mission, we provide IT support to our PACAF customers throughout the Pacific Theater. The Strategy and Plans Division (SPD) supports both long and near-term planning. SPD focuses on JFC objectives by developing, refining, disseminating, and assessing the Combined Force Air Component Commander's (CFACC) air, space, and cyberspace operations strategy for all phases of a campaign. SPD then applies operational art to develop detailed execution plans for air, space, and cyberspace operations.
Primary Responsibilities
Leads 611 Air Operations Center (AOC) operations assessment processes on behalf of the 611 AOC Strategy and Plans Division (SPD). Collects and analyzes data from supporting AOC divisions and other organizations to evaluate the effectiveness of Air Component operations in the Alaskan NORAD Region. Provides data to inform CFACC decisions concerning the execution of air, space, and cyberspace operations strategy. Reviews past events to identify and describe progress in meeting current objectives. The team identifies and evaluates the effectiveness of friendly operations, highlighting opportunities to influence adversary courses of action and evaluating effects achieved on the adversary's strategic and operational centers of gravity (COG). Incorporates 611 AOC lessons learned into documented guidance to include Operations Orders (OPORDs) and Air Operations Directives (AOD).
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience. Additional years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
- Evaluate effectiveness and efficiency of air, space, cyberspace operations and Information Operations in achieving CFACC objectives.
- Develop measures and indicators to assess performance and effects achievement that result from air, space, cyberspace operations and Information Operations.
- Provide predictive analysis that establishes an effects baseline for
- future ATOs (mission assessment).
- Analyze completed operations to assess compliance with strategy.
- Work with the Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Division (ISRD) to link intelligence data with operational COAs.
- Incorporate Lessons Learned into strategic guidance documentation

Pay Range:
Pay Range $84,500.00 - $130,000.00 - $175,500.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
