Job Description:
Leidos is currently looking for a full time Information Security Systems Engineer (ISSE) to provide Security Engineering support for a mission-focused project in Reston, VA. Responsibilities include: documentation; back-up and disaster recovery; compliance management to include security compliance for projects, auditing, and encryption implementation and compliance for various levels of data; Risk Management; system security vulnerability; Management and compliance with the Federal Management Information Security Management Act. This position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance in order to be considered.
The selected candidate will support a high profile customer on a project that produces highly visible products for senior leadership. They will be responsible for providing strategic and tactical guidance for development and O&M activities. They will also be responsible for the successful implementation of DevOps standards, ensuring system applications are compliant.

Basic Qualifications
Requires BS degree and at least 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain.
Must have a TS/SCI with poly to be considered
Ability to support several projects at one time in various stages of the A&A process
Experience working with Project Managers to track and resolve POAMs
Strong communication skills both written and verbal facilitating constant communication on A&A status to Project Managers
Experience with risk management and mitigation
Experience with system security vulnerability and compliance testing.
Experience producing program documentation
Experience with concept of operations
Experience creating Back-up and disaster recovery plans

Pay Range:
Pay Range $118,300.00 - $182,000.00 - $245,700.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
