The Department of Transportation Enterprise Information Technology Shared Services (DOT EITSS) is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Engineer, with specialized focus on performance analytics and reporting to join our team! In this role, you will communicate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple areas to deliver new functionality across applications and manage and perform SMS development activities, supporting the entire development lifecycle.
What you’ll do:
Perform implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development with ServiceNow ITSM application suite, and in identified specialties
Contribute to the design of the DOT Service Management System (SMS) and support SMS operations, to include engineers and the SMS development life cycle.
Evaluate evolving ServiceNow reporting functionality, remaining cognizant of complex system inter-dependencies and associated business process implications
Lead efforts to analyze and optimize report and dashboard performance
Maintain awareness and drive implementation of industry trends, upgrades/releases and best practices in ServiceNow reporting
Partner with stakeholders (internal/external) to understand report/data requirements and ensure results meet the business needs
Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services
Who you are:
Bachelor's Degree in information technology, computer science or related field
8+years of relevant IT experience, including at least 5 in administration services for a major Service Management System (SMS), preferably ServiceNow
Proficient with Performance Analytics
Current Service Now Certified Application Specialist – Performance Analytics (CAS-PA)
Candidate will be a U.S. citizen or green card holder who has resided in the U.S. for 3 or more years and will have the ability to obtain a Public Trust
Pay Range:
Pay Range $97,500.00 - $150,000.00 - $202,500.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
