RESPONSIBILITIES
The Instructional Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting learning requirements for the client(s) and assisting with all aspects of adult training to include, but not limited to course enrollment, registration support, classroom management and scheduling, and post-training evaluation collection and analysis. The Instructional Support Specialist is expected to collaborate with team members and client(s) as well as perform all tasks independently.
Support and manage the day-to-day support of learning programs.
Support student course enrollment and registration.
Assist instructor cadre in classroom reservation and set up.
Communicate with senior managers to plan, organize, and track the curriculum.
Assist with conducting assessment, surveys, and focus groups.
Ability to create and distribute post-training surveys and evaluations.
Collect, compile, and analyze student training data and prepare reports for client.
Candidate should have knowledge of Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Evaluation.
QUALIFICATIONS
TS/SCI and ability to obtain a CI poly.
5 or more years working in the L&D field offering both student and facilitator support.
Excellent facilitation skills that engage participants.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Blackboard.
Experience with Tableau data visualization software.
Manage complex relationships with stakeholders in an environment with short deadlines and high business impact
Equally successful working on a team or independently with minimal direction.
Bachelor’s degree.
Desired
Professional experience in higher education or an adult learning environment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in adult learning, education or related field.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $59,150.00 - $91,000.00 - $122,850.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
