The Leidos Civil Group is seeking a Project Administrator to join the National Airspace System Integration Support Contract (NISC IV) team.
The position will be supporting the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Eastern Service Area (ESA) Technical Operations, Director and Deputy Director with the goal of providing outstanding customer service to the FAA.
Project Administrator Primary Responsibilities:
Provide support functions to prepare and track general office correspondence, coordinate meetings and manage all calendar appointments. The candidate will also help with preparation of meeting request packages, reserving meeting space, assisting with agenda preparation, setup of audio/video, and meeting invites.
Take meeting notes for various meetings, coordinate review, and post to shared file.
Assist with morning meetings, operational, updates and ensure coverage of daily and weekly calendar items are coordinated.
Research policy/guidance regarding procurement, travel, etc., as needed.
Process/route incoming and outgoing mail for all members of the Executive Staff Office.
Assists the Executive Team with planning, developing, monitoring, and executing actions required to manage the organization’s administrative functions, which includes a full range of administrative areas: human resource management, security administration, management analysis, and labor relations.
Serve as the POC and provide timely maintenance/updates for the ESA Tech Ops KSN Directory, Org Charts, and Group emails.
Coordinate with Analyst to ensure business plan activities and performance metrics are clear, concise, and measurable and can provide basis for management action.
Analyze, research, and investigate new and improved business and management practices for application within the Executive Staff Office.
Collaborate with peers on ad hoc assignments and product/service development teams.
Tactfully coordinate with a variety of project stake holders, peers and management levels.
Project Administrator Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college and 2+ years of experience.
Advanced knowledge of general documentation, scheduling and tracking systems.
Outstanding organizational skills, an attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are a must.
Advanced capability applying MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, database management applications (KSN), SharePoint, and knows how to use the Internet as a data gathering and communicating tool.
Skilled in communicating effectively, both orally and in writing, in developing solutions to complex problems, and delivering written and/or verbal presentations to senior-level audiences for decision-making purposes.
Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
Strong relationship-building and diplomacy skills.
A professional demeanor is a must.
NISC IV
Pay Range:
Pay Range $48,750.00 - $75,000.00 - $101,250.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
