The Leidos Defense Group currently has an opening for an Air Force IT Program Manager in support of Air Force enterprise information technology programs and growth opportunities. Leidos is looking for a highly motivated leader with experience managing programs, pursuing growth opportunities, and developing solutions to enhance the Air Force mission.
Manage one or more performance-based contracts delivering IT services to Air Force customers worldwide, covering the entire program life-cycle: proposal, kickoff, execution, closeout.
Lead a team of professionals and technicians spanning a broad range of IT disciplines including networks, systems, applications, cybersecurity, logistics, asset management, and sustainment.
Delivery of all services within budget, on-time, and exceeding performance and quality standards.
Growth to related and adjacent business opportunities, including both expanded services to existing customers and services to new customers.
Proactively manage risks and opportunities, solving complex problems while balancing diverse stakeholders’ interests.
BA/BS and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience.
Minimum 10 years experience managing IT teams, with at least 5 years managing large programs or business units.
Minimum 5 years experience supporting US Defense Department customers.
Experience with performance-based contracts, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Experience with direct supervision of teams of at least 10 personnel, including authority for hiring, firing, promotion, and reward.
Experience managing complex and challenging customer environments.
Full DOD Secret clearance, minimum.
Masters degree; MBA preferred.
Experience managing budgets of at least $10M annually.
Experience with global teams including performance overseas.
Cybersecurity certification (e.g., CISSP).
Other technical certifications.
Pay Range:Pay Range $118,300.00 - $182,000.00 - $245,700.00
