The QRC Airborne ISR Systems Division of the Airborne Solutions Group of Leidos currently has an opening for a Integrated Logistics Support Manager for the PSS-T for KSA program. Leidos is the logistics lead for the PSS-T for KSA program. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the Persistent Surveillance Systems – Tethered (PSS-T) for KSA program.
What’s in it for you?
The Integrated Logistics Support Manager for PSS-T for KSA program is responsible for managing the communication and workflows for the cross-functional team responsible for logistics response, operations, and maintenance reporting for the PSS-T for KSA program. Tasks include supply distribution planning and authorization, liaising the failure review board, ensuring daily status reports are accurate and delivered on time, consolidating and reporting performance-based logistics metrics, and reviewing maintenance reports and tasks.
THE CHALLENGE (primary responsibilities)
Responsible for initial physical inventory and tagging of systems and spares kits prior to deployment to KSA.
Responsible for confirming system and spares kits configurations to develop configuration trees in the Repairdata database.
Capture and disseminate information pertinent to key operations and logistics stakeholders, and improve overall performance-based logistics metrics by improving workflows for the cross-functional teams responsible for operations and sustainment of the PSS-T fleet.
Responsible for consolidation, quality inspection, coordination with sites for corrections, and delivery of Daily Status Report CDRL A006.
Responsible for managing the Saudi National liaison officer hired to complete daily status reports, participate in FRB, review maintenance reports weekly, and backfill hub logisticians who are on annual leave.
Responsible for development of Performance Based Logistics Metric (PBLM) reports from each of the operational sites/systems and providing PMO staff and other stakeholders information about critical response efforts, operational availability metrics, intra-theater personnel movement, down time for weather or operational related incidents, maintenance status, sparing posture, incident response, and more.
Work with Operations leads to improve program performance metrics so they exceed the contract requirements.
Assist in training plan for Daily Status Reporting and Maintenance Reporting modules in Repairdata.
Streamline maintenance workflows for field and depot repair activities to ensure reports are appropriately documented to capture performance metrics.
Develop Slide Deck for Failure Review Board leveraging maintenance outputs and host weekly meetings.
Review the sustainment packages annually to determine adjustments to site spares list, hub spares list, and operations spares lists.
Assist in annual updates to the FMECA by aggregating failure types and criticality information.
Other duties as assigned in response to contractual reporting or mission requirements.
WHAT SETS YOU APART (basic qualifications)
Bachelor Degree with minimum of 2 years of operations or logistics management experience (four years’ experience can be substituted for degree)
Experience briefing and developing reports for executive leadership, excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to organize cross-functional teams to implement a response to urgent mission requirements.
Ability to monitor and manage a team responsible for several OCONUS locations and multiple mission systems.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Security Clearance Requirement
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience and demonstrated proficiency using an Integrated Data Environment to pull together resources necessary for critical response efforts.
Experience teaching lower level employees new skills and resources to improve their ability to respond to unclear problems.
Experience leading a team to solve problems that are unclear and require a thorough understanding of program requirements and resources.
Experience developing Performance Based Logistics Metrics (PBLM) reports.
Experience with maintenance planning, supply distribution, Failure Reporting and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) planning and implementation and supportability analysis.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $48,750.00 - $75,000.00 - $101,250.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
