All-Source Intelligence Analyst (Wargame and Digital Intelligence/Integrated Scenarios Development)

Leidos is searching for a talented, engaging All-Source Analyst with an active Top Secret clearance to participate in regional threat wargames and develop analytic insights on military force employment.

Our new ROCK STAR will provide focused expertise enabling long term research, analysis, assessment, and production of military force employment topics in support of the National Air and Space Intelligence Center at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.

All work is onsite; an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required to be considered for the role.

The successful candidate, through participation in wargames, will create and publish (using standard mechanisms and review workflows) analytic tradecraft standard aligned assessments. 

These assessments will directly support NASIC customers to include development of command operational plans. 

Specifically, our new colleague will work to enable military force employment topics such as specific threat environment scenarios to frame and scope vignette, mission-level, and engagement-level elements of potential adversary campaign planning and execution analysis and assessment

Our new hire will join a team comprised of military, government, and other contractors to achieve high confidence answers to problems of interest; your written and verbal communication must be ON POINT in this role!

Primary Responsibilities

- Produce high confidence answers to problems of interest.

- Wargame participation and on-site analytic support enabling research, analysis, assessment, and production of military force employment topics.

Basic Qualifications

- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

- BA/BS and 4+ years related experience; additional experience can be considered in lieu of degree OR MS and 2+ years of related work experience.

- Professional experience with Wargame and Digital Intelligence/Integrated Scenarios Development

- Strong analytical, communication, and attention to detail skills, and ability to work both individually and with teams

Preferred Qualifications

- Active TS/SCI clearance

- Experience as an all-source analyst related to regional threats along with a background in wargaming 

- Previous NASIC and/or intelligence community experience

- Previous PACOM knowledge and experience highly desired
