Job Description:
Leidos Civil Transportation Solutions is seeking a dynamic Spares Coordinator who will join our operations and functions team at the Contractor Depot Logistics Support located in Chesapeake VA.
Spares Coordinator responsibilities:
• Provide planning and logistics for full life cycle support, including vendor interface and coordinating with FAA Logistics Center team members.
• Perform updates to Contract Data Requirement List (CTRL) monthly as well as semi-annual, or annual reports such as IL06 and EOL.
• Develop all schedules and requirements needed.
• Coach/Mentor more junior team members as needed.
• Coordinate with and track vendor warranty repairs or replacements by interfacing with various vendors such as HP or IBM.
Qualifications:
• Requires a BA degree and 4+ years of prior relevant experience or master’s with 2+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Ability to meet/perform CDRL’s such as monthly, semi-annual or annual reports. IL06 and EOL reports as an example.
• Expertise in interfacing with vendors such as HP or IBM to facilitate vendor warranty repairs or replacements.
• Working knowledge of commercial motor vehicle (CMV) requirements for DISA
• Ability to oversee all aspects of the logistics operations.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $59,150.00 - $91,000.00 - $122,850.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
