The Civil Group at Leidos currently has an opening for an Enterprise Technical Lead focused on providing support across the entire NASA This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience to support the NASA NEST mission.  In this mission we support NASA’s end user compute, mobile, and print requirements across the agency. This opportunity would support the performance of agency wide IT service catalogs, the training and support of IT technicians, and the management of select software titles. The candidate will ensure that the catalog offerings that are customer facing are up to date and easy to identify and navigate from a end user perceptive. They will also be in charge of the core training and communication program for all of the IT techs within the program. This will require them to plan, build, present, and track training. Tied to this they will also be pivotal in developing and updating knowledge articles and processes to assist technicians with their work.  

What You'll Get to Do:

-Oversee overall Service Catalog Management

            -Ensure catalog is up to date at all times

            -Coordinate Change Requests as needed for catalog updates

            -Assist with overall process of adding and removing services as needed

            -Document overall process and provide updates as necessary

-Monitor, contribute, and oversee Tech Talk, the programs overarching technical training and knowledge sharing platform.

-Creation and updating of knowledge articles and process documentation

- Act as the Microsoft Project Online Subject Matter Expert providing support to end users and technicians

- Create Virtual Machine Objects on end user devices as required.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:
-BS College Degree

-At least 2-4 years of experience in deploying/supporting mobile technology 
-Demonstrated customer service skills.

-Expert knowledge of ServiceNow

-Expert knowledge of MS Project Online

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams
-Previous experience delivering technical support in a high volume work environment.

-Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently

-Assist in the creation and submission of customer DRDs and proposals

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

-Experience with supporting technicians and end users remotely

-Experience in developing training

Pay Range:

Pay Range $48,750.00 - $75,000.00 - $101,250.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
