As a Field Engineer, you will support mission critical systems for an Intelligence Community customer. We embrace and solve some of the world's toughest challenges. Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for operating, managing, and providing oversight, installation, repair and integration support of hardware, software, network configurations and new system initiatives for multiple sites.

• Advises on technical requirements for products and services, support equipment and electronic equipment installations.

• Advises customers on ad hoc requirements related to technical support, hardware, and software.

• Serve as technical liaison between business and customer leadership for resolution of problems and strategies related to system upgrades and equipment.

• Provide user training in systems, hardware, and software as needed.

• Coordinate with outside vendors to get building installation and maintenance completed.

• Provides guidance for the handling, installation and utilization of various systems and equipment.

• Support maintenance and setup of equipment.

• Maintain documentation.

• Duties also may include assisting in the development and ensuring adherence to area-wide procedural/policy changes.

Basic Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph. Candidates who do not currently possess this clearance will not be considered.

• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline and 12+ years of relevant experience. Additional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.

Pay Range:

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
