Job Description:

The Leidos Screening Equipment Deployment Services (SEDS) program has an opening for a Program Management Office Analyst in the programs Program Management Office (PMO) to work from a remote or home office to support the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).  This position will support project management activities for TSA in securing the nation’s airports and other facilities. The PMO supports the airport projects with coordination, planning, management, and execution of the projects to ensure successful completion to protect the nation.  The PMO Analyst will help with maintaining documentation for the overall business and compliance of the PMO Program.

Primary Responsibilities/Skills:
•Apply processes and procedures from the Leidos SEDS contract to satisfy the TSA requirements for deliverables and invoices.
•The PMO Analyst handles projects ranging from managing, setting up project tracking and reporting of travel costs and FUP deliverables for the submittal of program invoices to TSA. Ensure all costs are captured and priced accurately.
•Review project staff travel expense reports for compliance with Federal Travel Regulations and Corporate Travel Policies.
•Prepare travel billing backup from various reporting systems across several task orders for monthly SEDS Finance reconciliation and submittal of Travel Billing invoices to TSA.
•Extract details from Leidos SEDS Work Logs with TSA ReMAG data and deployment efforts by projects to create monthly invoice input for SEDS Finance to submit invoices to TSA.
•Review and verify accuracy of subcontractor invoicing prior to Leidos management approval.
•Create and run reports in SLICS system, update data and at times work with subcontractors to resolve input issues. 
•Ability to work independently and in a team environment with various organizational levels.
•Excellent communications with team members, both Leidos staff and subcontractors, are essential to the position’s responsibility to provide process solutions.

Basic Qualifications:
•Typically requires a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
•Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
•Must have excellent customer service and communication skills necessary to interact with various levels of management within Leidos, as well as foster an environment of cooperation between different departments and coworkers.
•Extremely high level of attention to detail and the ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment with remotely located teammates and will require an efficient and experienced performer able to handle a volume heavy workload.
•Must be a US Citizen and able to get cleared by TSA prior to employment.

Preferred Qualifications:
•General knowledge of project planning, preparation, and analysis as appropriate to all functional areas.
•Ability to identify issues and pursue complete resolutions.
•Strong organizational skills.
•Self-managed.
•Writing skills that are easy to understand, accurate and concise for a variety of audiences at various levels of program knowledge.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $46,800.00 - $72,000.00 - $97,200.00

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
