Today, Electronic Warfare (EW) is a growing enterprise - protecting the warfighter and our national security against ever-adapting threats. The Leidos Innovations Center (LInC) currently has an opening for an Integration Engineer to join the EW division in Arlington, VA.
As part of our team, you will work on programs that improve the robustness and efficacy of sensors and signals in complex environments. More broadly, you will help advance the state-of-the-art in research and advanced applications to support ongoing and future EW programs. You will work alongside scientists and experts in these fields to grow your own knowledge and career.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Integration Engineer specializing in test and evaluation. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration and testing strategies for complex systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement integration and testing strategies for complex systems
Conduct testing and evaluation of systems to ensure they meet specifications and requirements
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues during integration and testing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute test and evaluation activities to ensure seamless integration of systems and components.
Develop and maintain documentation for integration and testing processes
Qualifications:
Must be U.S. Citizen
Must possess SECRET Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in integration and testing of complex systems
Strong knowledge of integration and testing methodologies and technologies
Experience with system integration and test tools such as LabVIEW, MATLAB, or similar
Experience with programming languages such as C++, Python, or similar
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience on DoD program
Experience working with military test ranges
Experience integrating antennas, radars and communications equipment
Experience developing system requirement verification plans, functional decomposition / allocation, and interface control documents (ICDs)
Experience involving Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) approaches, methods and techniques

Pay Range:
Pay Range $78,000.00 - $120,000.00 - $162,000.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
