Job Description:
Leidos is seeking an E-Discovery Task Supervisor to work in support of the Department of Justice in Washington, DC. This is a hybrid position (2 days/week in office and 3 days/week remote). The selected candidate will work in a fast-paced and diverse environment and will have a management team that encourages your career development and growth.
Typical Responsibilities include:
First line supervisor for discovery, pre-trial, and trial support activities such as document acquisition, witness binder preparation, exhibit preparation and duplication, case file set up and maintenance, trial-site/courtroom support assignments, screening/discovery efforts
Supervises and directs Document Management Analysts, Document Management Technicians, paralegals, and other clerical support staff to accomplish tasks.
Reports to Project Supervisor or Project Manager on task progress
Troubleshoots task issues
Performs quality control spot-checking as necessary to ensure that work is of high quality and meets contract requirements
Coordinates with other Contractor support staff, including data processing support staff; and documents the work performed.
Responsible for supervising automated intake of electronic filings for over 100 active cases, disposition based on procedures, download to a central case files location, enter data into case management system
Basic Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree (or equivalent) and at least one year of experience on major litigation support projects.
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a team environment.
Excellent writing skills and oral communication skills.
Hands-on familiarity with the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, data processing environments, including office automation networks, PC-based databases and other applications, internet and server-based databases and other applications, such as Relativity or other document review platforms, Trial Director.
Knowledgeable user of the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, word processing, spreadsheet, imaging, and hardware systems.
Must be a US Citizen & able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience with Automated Matters Management System (AMMS) to process electronic court filings
Previous experience with Case Information Management System (CIMS) or similar ECF systems to enter electronic case filings
Paralegal or Law Clerk experience very helpful
Familiarity with ESI tools and knowledge of eDiscovery procedures and resources preferred.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $39,650.00 - $61,000.00 - $82,350.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
