Are you seeking a new and challenging position supporting a complex Program for the Warfighter? Well, look no further! This is an exciting time to contribute to a mission-critical program with lasting impactful results. Leidos is currently looking to add a Program Coordinator to a growing task. The Program Coordinator work closely with the Program Manager and all subcontractor leads. Day to day tasks include updating the program staffing portal for new requisitions, coordinate interviews of new candidates with team leads, conduct orientation training, status tracking of actions, meetings, etc. Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail is critical.
Primary Responsibilities
- Experience with MS Office, Sharepoint, Teams
- Excellent and clear communication via email and phone, both one on one and with groups
- Organization of various artifacts (training documents, signed attestations, requests for system access
- Document creation and maintenance
- Maintaining/populating Sharepoint site with artifacts, lists
- Training
- Conducting orientation training for new hires
- Conducting periodic training for resources on program
- Providing training documents and tracking completion of training
- Action tracking, tracking tasks from initiation to close
- Coordination of meetings, Conference Room reservations
- Develop, maintain, and report weekly and monthly reports
Basic Qualifications:
Experience as a coordinator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
Clearance: Active TS/SCI Polygraph. Must be US Citizen
Preferred Qualifications:
- Maintain SharePoint portal
- Experience with procurement and managing inventory
Pay Range:
Pay Range $66,300.00 - $102,000.00 - $137,700.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
