Leidos has a career opportunity for an Operations Support Specialist at Offutt AFB, NE. Candidates will support a broad range of activities to ensure effective program management focused on Organizing, Scheduling, and Equipping for world-wide ISR operations for the 55 Operations Group at Offutt AFB, NE. Candidates must possess a current Secret security clearance in order to be considered. The selected candidate serves as an advisor to squadron and group leadership, and develops processes for assessing readiness as well as briefs readiness to senior leaders. The candidate also provides input on policies and procedures for accomplishment of program health, status of the program. The successful candidate will plan and lead special projects and studies that influence both near and long-range plans, make recommendations on a broad range of ISR operations issues, and ensure Group level planning is effectively aligned with Air Force, CCMD, and national requirements. The candidate will also provide hands-on training on a broad range of subjects including but not limited to the processes required to input/extract data, build assessments, and brief leadership.
Required Skills:
Current Secret clearance required. TS/SCI highly desired.
Bachelor's degree (experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
4+ years of relevant experience.
Candidate must have previous experience in scheduling events and be able to coordinate with multiple units on requirements, changes and conflicts that arise.
Candidate must be proficient in utilizing PEX
Candidate must have strong communication skills.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $59,150.00 - $91,000.00 - $122,850.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
