The Leidos Threat Management Team within Corporate Security is looking for an All-Source Analyst, with a focus on Insider Risk Analysis.  

Position Summary:

The Leidos Insider Risk Management Program (IRMP) takes a holistic, whole-person approach to Insider Risk.  As such, the qualified analyst will perform all-source analysis of counterintelligence, technical, behavioral, and security indicators to identify and mitigate potential insider risks to Leidos critical assets.  The selected analyst will review data daily to identify anomalies, correlate data, examine trends, and support the risk mitigation efforts of the IRMP. In addition, the selected candidate will provide analytical support to the Threat Management’s Executive Protection Team.  This includes collection and dissemination of threat intelligence before executive protection events, personal threat information, vulnerability assessments, and pre/post event planning.

Primary Responsibilities:
•Conduct comprehensive all-source analysis in support of IRMP, prioritizing potential insider risk issues using a case management process
•Conduct open source threat intelligence prior to Leidos Executive events
•Monitor behavioral and technical indicators of higher-risk employees
•Detect and triage anomalous event data
•Document activity and findings to build metrics, reports, and conduct trend analysis
•Collaborate with Threat Management/IRMP stakeholders and data owners to drive optimal risk analysis efforts and implement appropriate risk mitigations

Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree and 8+years of prior relevant experience. Additional years may be used in lieu of degree.
•Must have a Secret clearance
•Strong written and oral communication skills
•Must be able to work independently to achieve daily objectives
•Proficiency in MicroSoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications:
•Previous Counterintelligence or Security experience
•Previous Executive Protection experience
•Proficiency in MS PowerPoint
•Experience building Power BI Dashboards

Pay Range:

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
