The Leidos Defense Group is seeking a SharePoint SME for the AFNCR IT Services program which provides support services for information systems for Headquarters Air Force (HAF), Air Force District of Washington (AFDW), Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Joint Chiefs of Staff, and other Air Force activities within the AFNCR, missions to include the Pentagon, Joint Base Andrews (JBA), Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB), and other locations, leased spaces, and alternate sites. The senior leaders and national defense missions that are supported require that the AFNCR operations never fail, resulting in a fast-paced, challenging, but also rewarding environment.
The SharePoint SME will report to and provide support for Joint Base Andrews, MD with potential travel to other selected locations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting on SharePoint software application issues that utilize Java Script, CSS, HTML, J Query Knowledge of the following, VS Code, PowerApps, Bootstrapp, JSON, React JS.
The SharePoint SME is expected to act independently to deliver,
educate and train clients in order to meet objectives.
Will collaborate over requirements associated with: SharePoint 365 Permissions, Remedy Tickets,Power BI projects and SharePoint Fundamentals.
Resolve SharePoint permissions and Site Collection Administrative level issues through creative solutions.
Maintain the availability of customer data and systems.
Configure and maintain SharePoint API's and Power application.
Create clear and concise process documentation.
Resolve escalated tier 3 trouble tickets.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Requires Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field and 8+ years of relevant experience or a Masters degree with 6+ years of experience, additional years of related experience, training, and/or certifications accepted in lieu of a degree.
Must hold current or obtain with 90 days of start date DoD 8570 IAT2 certification Security+ CE or higher.
Experience with SharePoint 2013 and 365.
Currently possess a DoD Secret security clearance.
Ability to develop sound solutions to complex problems, produce system level reports, report status to Senior level Management.
Proven Subject Matter Expert skills working with Microsoft SharePoint.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
MCSE certification.
ITIL training and/or certification.
Past experience with the U.S. Air Force / Department of Defense.
Customer interface experience.
Managing Active Directory/ADFS and DFS.
Network knowledge and experience.
Working knowledge of EMC and other storage devices.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $97,500.00 - $150,000.00 - $202,500.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
