Job Description:
Leidos has an immediate opening for an AETC/A2 Resource Advisor & Support Specialist at Randolph AFB, TX. Candidates must already possess a current TS/SCI in order to be considered. Focal point for unit funds expenditures. Manages/supervises unit budget. Analyzes financial management trends and practices; develops guidance for the efficient use of unit funds/resources. Develops quarterly/annual financial plans. Performs routine and non-routine tasks including special projects with little to no supervision. Responsible for compiling and proofing various reports and studies presented to the commander. Proactively interacts with other support staff and departments to gather, supply and coordinate information. Supports AETC Intelligence Units with requests for requirements and unfunded requests and explores potential solutions (as applicable). Responds to and sources out HHQ taskers received on NIPR/SIPR C2 systems.
Additional Job Duties::
* Assist, coordinate, and provide guidance on planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) as well as resource planning within the Directorate.
* Prepare independent analysis of current and projected financial baselines
* Prepare and present briefings to senior leaders
* Provides support to ISR Program Element Monitor (PEM), as needed. Familiar with/has working knowledge of DAF and AETC programming and resourcing (PPBE)-related databases.
* Provides support to AETC/A2 leadership, and participates in (as applicable), AETC Corporate Structure processes and events.
Required Qualifications:
* TS/SCI on Day 1
* Bachelor’s Degree (or 4 yrs of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree).
* Five years of financial resource management experience, including at least 3 years supporting the U.S. Air Force
* Two years of program management staff experience
* Previous executive level administrative support
* Strong written and oral communication skills
Desired Qualifications:
* Experience with the following: Automated Business Service System (ABSS), Commanders Resource Information System (CRIS), DEAMS, FM Suite and Wide Area Workflow
* Familiarization with Planning and Programming databases (e.g., AETC Planning and Programming System (APPS), PBES, etc.)
* Experience working within a U.S. Air Force intelligence organization
Pay Range:
Pay Range $48,750.00 - $75,000.00 - $101,250.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
