The Communications Administrator Intern supports the Customer Engagement Team in executing and monitoring communications strategies and customer application information.
As the Communications Administrator Intern, you will create communication campaigns for Program Updates and Announcements to present to Customer Applications integrated with our cybersecurity services.
You will collaborate with various software and other engineers on the program to become familiar with customer integration process updates and baseline changes to services with each software release.
The communications administrator will also assist with writing content for the web portal as well as emails, newsletters, and narrated “how to” videos demonstrating a step by step process of a service integration.
This is an opportunity to creatively communicate technical concepts to a wide audience of varying levels of experience.
Administration tasks include periodically reaching out to applications using our services to manage point of contact and other important information.
The Communications Administrator Intern will assist with maintaining our program’s web portal content with relevant announcements, the latest set of approved documentation, and other messaging and communications.
Currently enrolled in accredited university working towards a Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with creating demonstration and “How To” videos
Willingness to learn program services to communicate features to customers and end users
Best practices for communicating with various levels of technical knowledge
Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
Set and follow schedules and deadlines aligning with the Software development team as well as other program milestones

Pay Range:Pay Range $44,200.00 - $68,000.00 - $91,800.00
