Description
Job Description:
The Leidos Innovation Center (LInC) at Leidos currently has an opening for an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Developer to work at our customer site on Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. We are seeking a dedicated, talented, and experienced AI Developer to work as part of a leading-edge research and engineering, design and development team. Leidos seeks mission and team-oriented individuals who enjoy working as an individual contributor in highly collaborative and interdisciplinary teams.
The AI Developer will contribute to the Adaptive Technologies for Force Readiness Program supporting AFRL/RHW. The ATFR Program provides the Air Force with research into a wide range of advanced machine learning (ML) technologies--such as cognitive modeling, adversarial robustness, and reinforcement learning—with the goal of creating reliable autonomous agents capable of teaming up with Warfighters in dynamic mission environments.
The Air Force is increasingly utilizing ML systems across a variety of domains to solve myriad problems. However, these systems are frequently susceptible to adversarial attacks, making them a potential security risk when deployed outside of laboratory conditions. The primary effort the AI developer will be contributing to is the development of novel metrics for measuring the robustness of ML systems. The secondary effort will be designing, then comparing ML systems trained interactively to independently trained counterparts.
