Distribution Engineering Manager
Pune

You’ll be based at our offices in Pune and will support US-based major engineering projects.
As the Distribution Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a newly created team in designing and coordinating the maintenance of electrical utilities and associated power distribution systems on behalf of our prestigious clients.
This will include:
- Driving technical consistency across client programs
- Developing global production metrics across programs to monitor performance
- Oversee and standardize training programs and provide technical training
- Champion adoption of automation
- Support hiring of senior and strategic staff
- Support business development, proposal creation, and growth opportunities
- Strategize and implement organizational structures to enable future growth

About You
Ideally degree qualified in an engineering subject (electrical preferred)
Significant experience of working with an electric utility or an electric utility consulting company, performing design engineering. You may have previously worked on projects in other countries such as the US
Proficient knowledge of the National Electric Safety Code (NESC) and understanding of client construction standards
Experience with developing proposals / pricing
Successful project management experience (initiate, plan, execute, monitor & control, closeout)
Previous experience managing large engineering teams
