Leidos is seeking a Full Stack Developer Lead for a position as part of a team supporting the Defense Information Security Agency (DISA) in Fort Meade, MD. This is a telework friendly position.
The Full Stack Developer is responsible for supporting tasks on the contract related to the UCSA DevSecOps Task Area. This includes development of tools, analytics, and visualization capabilities supporting the DCO warfighter with the objective of delivering value to the end user as quickly and securely as possible.
Primary Responsibilities
Gather customer technical and functional requirements for the development of software and analytic products.
Assist in planning and design functions, including impacts on hardware and integration requirements.
Provide design, development, and test functions for system software and analytic products.
Provide technical analysis, operation, integration, and user support services for system software.
Provide Troubleshooting, Problem Resolution, and technical guidance in overcoming development obstacles and questions.
Maintain programmatic and technical documentation throughout the platform lifecycle.
Basic Qualifications
MS/MA degree plus fifteen (15) years of relevant IT experience.
An active Secret level security clearance.
A DoD 8570 IAT Level II approved certification is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing ability, is required.
Experience Developing and Supporting Analytic Services.
Experience with Full Stack web development.
Experience with software code repositories.
Knowledge of containerization and micro-services technologies and tools.
Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g. AWS) and DevSecOps.
Ability to work efficiently and accurately within a cross-functional team context to deliver cyber analytics and capabilities to a diverse set of mission stakeholders.
Ability to take broad direction from leadership and then work either independently or collaboratively to design, develop, test and deliver cyber analytic solutions.
Ability to lead a team of developers

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Scrum and SAFe Agile and ITIL methodologies.
Experience with JIRA
Experience Developing in Javascript, Python, Java, SQL, Angular/React, Vue.js and ElasticSearch environments.
Experience with GIT (e.g. Gitlab, Github) development environments.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $118,300.00 - $182,000.00 - $245,700.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
