Leidos is looking for a Litigation Project Supervisor to work on-site in support of the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice (950 Pennsylvania Ave). This is a high-visibility position which requires the candidate to be onsite 5 days/week. Primary Responsibilities:
Supervise contractor staff, including clerical staff
Maintain daily contact with Government COR, Case Managers, trial attorneys, client agency staff, etc., as well as with other Contractor components
Schedule & coordinate Senior Management calls/meetings via Zoom, MS Teams, etc
Coordinate with IT to resolve equipment technical issues
Make travel arrangements using the E2 application
Reconcile travel expenses for Senior Management using the E2 application
Manage network environments for high profile executives
Communicate on behalf of Senior Management
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 2+ years of progressively more responsible experience on major litigation support projects
At least one year of supervisory experience
Demonstrated executive level office management skills
Ability to oversee and coordinate numerous complex and time-critical litigation support activities simultaneously, including technical/data processing support activities
Requires excellent writing skills; and excellent oral communication skills
Requires hands-on familiarity with the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, data processing environments, including office automation networks, PC-based databases and other applications, and internet and server-based databases and other applications
Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Law degree, technical certification, or other pertinent graduate degree preferred.
Should be an expert user of the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, word processing, spreadsheet, imaging, and hardware systems.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $54,600.00 - $84,000.00 - $113,400.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
