Sr. Training Instructor with active TS/SCI Polygraph

The Intelligence and Homeland Security Group of Leidos is seeking a Senior Training (MPAC) Instructor to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Chantilly, VA. An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required to be considered for this position.  The candidate will support Government staff in the following:

Contractor shall carry out instructional and facilitator functions in support of the Intelligence Learning Network (ILN) programs including but not limited to: Understanding the IC (UIC) and Integrating the IC (IIC) and corresponding alumni events or support the Analysis 101/201 training courses. 

 - Facilitate and instruct in the ILN programs or Mission Integration Analysis 101 programs in an effective and efficient manner, both online and in the residential portion of the programs.

- Evaluate program performance and assist in the design and development of new (and/or updating of existing) instructional modules to continuously improve the programs (both online and in the residential portion).

- Assist in all aspects of the instructional, administrative and logistical preparation, execution and breakdown of the programs in accordance with Course Pre- and Post-Class Checklists.

• Ten years of experience and a M.A./M.S. degree (or 18 years with a B.A./B.S. or 24 years with no degree).

• A minimum of eight (8) years’ analytic experience working as an intelligence analyst within the IC;

• On-the-job experience in providing formal classroom instruction to junior intelligence analysts (as assigned or adjunct faculty); and

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (Series 0132; GG/GS-13 or higher)

  • Documented, comprehensive, and extensive ability to provide instructor-led IC analytic training in a formal (onsite) classroom setting;

  • Documented, comprehensive, and extensive knowledge of IC Analytic Standards, analytic tradecraft and methodologies, and experience applying them to resolve intelligence problems;

  • Documented, comprehensive, and extensive knowledge of the IC’s structure and IC member organizations’ roles and capabilities regarding analytic matters;

  • Excellent ability to deliver effective oral presentations and prepare written course materials that clearly convey learning objectives and relevant course content; and

  • Demonstrable, working knowledge of IC collaboration tools associated with INTELINK-SBU and INTELINK.

• TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required.

Pay Range:
