Description
The successful candidate will be a motivated A/V Engineer capable of integrating hardware, information technology (IT) and software systems on the NASA Advanced Enterprise Global Information Technology Solutions (AEGIS) Contract.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform remote and onsite troubleshooting and configuration for service line related systems
- Effectively plan and implement the integration of different types of hardware, software, and databases, coordinating their integration between different parts of an Enterprise
- Determine that the outcome of integrations and builds have met the needs/requirements provided
- Assess existing infrastructure and its components to determine what requirements exist and how to best implement them.
- Create documentation for the systems tested and/or implemented to ensure that others can correctly interpret
- Maintain and operate an AV testing lab
Basic Qualifications
- Proficient in AMX control system software and code (Netlinx Studio 4, TPDesign 4, TPDesign 5)
- Proficient in Q-SYS audio and control platform (Q-SYS Level 1 Certification)
- Knowledge of Local and Wide Area network functionality
- Visio & CAD experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Cisco networking systems and devices
- Knowledge of Crestron control system software and code
- Knowledge of Local and Wide Area network functionality
Pay Range:
Pay Range $63,050.00 - $97,000.00 - $130,950.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
