The Intelligence Group of Leidos is seeking an experienced Earned Value Analyst to support a large Cost Plus program within the Cyber & SIGINT Solutions Operation.
The successful candidate will work alongside a team to support the objectives of a key program in the Operation. The position will have significant impact on the program’s operational accomplishments and will be responsible for specific processes within the program. This position requires a problem solver that can pull together knowledge from a broad range of subjects to produce thorough analyses of complex, challenging issues, and use those analyses to find solutions. Excellent communication skills both internally and externally are essential to the success of this position as we work with all functional peers along with the program teams – both Leidos program teams and the customer program teams.
As part of the PMO of a large and complex program, the individual will lead financial activities with support from local Finance Business Operations leadership and other PFAs on the team. This position requires hands-on experience in the development, maintenance, and/or tracking of Work Breakdown Structures (WBSs) and related dictionaries, the Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS), Control Accounts, Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB), change management process, work authorization process, material control, cost collection, technical performance, integrated reporting, forecasting Estimates at Completion (EACs), and implementing corrective actions. In addition, this opportunity has significant interface with Project Managers and CAMs
Partial telework permitted, but the final candidate must be able to work in the Columbia office 2-3 days a week.

Primary Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate EVM efforts with the Cost Account Managers (CAMs)
Provide guidance as the EVM subject matter expert for the program
Work with the internal Leidos PM and CAMs and the External Customer counterparts to evaluate current EVM data and process improvements
Participate in the development of program level processes and procedures to drive efficiencies
Exercise independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results and contribute through statistical reporting, analysis, estimates, and auditing
Serves as liaisons between the Program Team and cross-functional departments to perform financial research
Work in close coordination with project managers to assess program performance for reasonableness against cost and schedule, assist managing change control of scope of work and/or resource allocation
Supports the preparation of written, verbal, and quantitative reports for customer deliverables providing a thorough walk through as needed
Reporting and variance analysis to include program VARs, Revenue, Profit, Cash, Backlog, Risk and Opportunities
REQUIRED Education, Skills, and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of experience as a financial analyst or a Master’s and 2+ years’ experience as a financial analyst
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Must be willing and eligible to complete the paperwork and process to obtain a TS/SCI Polygraph clearance (requires US citizenship).
Strong experience in applications of EVMS, Program Controls, and Cost/Schedule Integration processes
Thorough knowledge of Government EVM reporting & compliance
Experience with baseline planning and change management control
Experience in performing cost and schedule analysis on large projects, setting up and maintaining Control Accounts, Work Packages, and Planning Package budgets, collecting actual costs and earned value by Work Package, identifying and analyzing cost variances, preparing periodic performance reports
Experience with IPMR (Integrated Program Management Report) deliverables including Formats 1 - 6
Basic knowledge of multiple contract types: CPAF, CPFF, FFP, T&M
Strong organization, analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented, independent worker, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
Perform other job-related responsibilities, as assigned
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Actual Salary Range:
The candidate may expect a salary in the range of 85-95K for this role. The final salary offered will depend on a number of factors including current clearance level, years of relevant experience, and degree.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $66,300.00 - $102,000.00 - $137,700.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
