Maintain software applications that sustain legacy capabilities while developing more streamlined, capable, and cost-effective software solutions. The team will create a flexible environment, allowing a wide variety of needs across the program, and enable the rapid execution of critical new mission requirements.
You will take part in our Agile development process that is focused on the end result as opposed to the process itself (people over process). Use Human-Centered Development to improve end user and stakeholder engagement, communication, and training to support NGA Analysts, Imagery Analysts, Geospatial Analysts, Imagery Scientists, Data Scientists.
Primary Responsibilities
Conduct technical and engineering meetings with Maru and its stakeholders and perform end-of-product increment demos to strengthen User Engagement
Identify the various user organizations, defined by mission and office, to proactively target UE in-person and virtually.
Continuously engage different types of analysts and end users to walk through their day-to-day workflows, users and get them involved in PI pre-planning events and retrospective
You will work within our agile software development team to translate customer requirements into agile user stories
The software development team will use these stories to create capabilities that provide true positive mission impact
Basic Qualifications
- Must have an active TS security clearance
Requires BS degree and 8 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 10 years of prior relevant experience
Experience in customer facing roles driving product discussions
Ability to simplify communication, provide analysis that makes decision making easy and a culture of collaboration to help cross functional teams
Demonstrated experience in managing a product backlog, expertise using tools like JIRA, Confluence and Product Road mapping software.
Excellent communication skills including developing and conducting executive presentations, drafting memos, decision analysis and recommendations.
Experienced at managing priorities and tradeoffs to deliver the highest value solutions for clients and end users.
Demonstrated knowledge in modeling capabilities and Human-centered design
GEOINT mission domain experience in the IC or DoD
Experience with SAFe Lean Agile methodology
Experience in designing and executing a plan that successfully obtained widespread adoption of a new analytic capability within a user community
Experience working in agile development programs at the team, program or solution level managing capability epics, features and stories
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as an Intelligence Analyst
Experience with UX
This position has a target range for compensation of $180,000 - $200,000. This is a firm fixed price contract and does not allow for negotiations outside of this target range.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $105,300.00 - $162,000.00 - $218,700.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
