Leidos is seeking a Front Office Project Integrator for a 150+ FTE technical development program. The Project Integrator is responsible for providing assistance and support to customer management as well as program support. The Project Integrator will handle the customers schedule and coordinate the FO Working Groups as well as managing and verifying information from multiple sources. In this role you will handle day-to-day front office activities; business intelligence and continuous improvement initiatives; knowledge management; communications; operations; and any endeavors necessary to support organizational and front office execution and supporting reporting needs. This will include evaluating information gathered and developing recommendations. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task and prefer a fast paced dynamic environment because this position is a combination of administrative tasks and program analytics across the sponsor organization.
Primary Responsibilities
The Project Integrator will:
· Manage Front Office calendars/schedules
· Managing conference room scheduling
· Managing the complete onboarding and departure processes on site
· Maintaining visitor logs for the facility and all coordination for visitors arrival
· Coordinate personnel seating and space planning and workstations are ready for use and other tasks as needed
· Coordinate and updating organizational artifacts, ie org chart, call list etc
· Ordering office supplies
· Creating resource access requests
· During the holidays, create and track out of office plans
· Coordinate meeting and pulling together power points or Agendas for meetings
· Act as liaison between areas of support for coordination
· Independently achieve day-to-day objectives with major impact to support the work area/project team
· Communicates with colleagues across multiple areas (project managers, other professional resources, and client team members.)
· Explains practices and procedures to others within the organization
· Problem solving multiple issues across different areas of support to multiple stakeholders to include subcontractors, staff, corporate management and IC partners
Basic Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Prior experience with programs of similar size and complexity
- Experience with the Sponsor and the Sponsor’s mission
- Requires practical knowledge of the Sponsor’s environment and mission, practices and policies generally gained through experience
- BS degree with 8+ years of prior relevant experience, additional years of experience in lieu of degree
- Expertise with the Sponsor’s security practices, requirements and processes
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team; and to effectively work with senior Sponsor personnel
Preferred Qualifications
- 4 years of prior relevant experience in the Sponsor’s environment
- Experience with the Sponsor’s entitlement management programs
Pay Range:
Pay Range $75,400.00 - $116,000.00 - $156,600.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
