Leidos is seeking IT Logistics/Asset Lead with experience organizing and coordinating large amounts of equipment moves across the continental United States. This lead will work as a team with other IT Leads from 12 locations to ensure a smooth service delivery to end users on the NEST contract. The person in this role is responsible for monitoring performance and service delivery dashboards in our ticket management tool. The person has the day to day responsibility of identifying new work coming into the team, prioritizing the activities of the team. This role also has responsibility for reviewing, updating and managing all Center equipment inventory reporting. Based on the inventory reports, equipment ordering and shipping is completed. On a weekly basis the contract SLA’s are reviewed to identify breaches. This role is responsible for implementing process improvements in the logistics area to ensure CSI. While this role does not directly supervise Leidos staff, they play a critical role in directing the work to the subcontractors assigned to the logistics activities. The team that will be working directly with the logistics lead are Peripheral Equipment Operators. The logistics lead plays a key role in reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates, making hiring recommendations and documenting performance issues that are relayed to the subcontract management to take corrective action.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $59,150.00 - $91,000.00 - $122,850.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
