Description
The Program Analyst will work as part of a team responsible for producing significant regular and ad hoc analysis and reporting in response to company and customer driven requirements.
The Program Analyst will participate in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of staffing, requirements, and financial data critical for program documents and deliverables. In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for developing solutions, database definition, structure, long range requirements, operational guidelines, and data security and integrity controls. A successful candidate will have demonstrated creative and timely solutions to complex projects and workflows.
Required Education and Skills:
• Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience OR 6 years of relevant experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Requires a TS/SCI with poly to be considered
• At least 1 year of project and/or program experience.
• Demonstrated familiarity in normalizing, managing, and performing analysis from data sets.
• Strong analytic, strategic, and reasoning skills.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with senior-level customers, technical staff, managers, peers, and candidates.
• Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Desired Skills:
• Degree in Accounting, Business, or Intelligence Analysis
• Experience working with and supporting program training programs
Pay Range:
Pay Range $48,750.00 - $75,000.00 - $101,250.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
