Senior est Analyst
We are in search of a Senior Test Analyst or Test Lead to join Leidos UK within the Air Traffic Management portfolio, based in Whiteley. This is a hybrid position.
In response to the success of the growing business, Leidos requires a Senior Test Analyst to support this expansion by helping to create compelling solutions for our existing and future customers.

We are looking for an the candidate to be responsible for conducting analysis of requirements and designs to enable test planning, including estimation of effort, technical dependencies and areas of risks. Duties will include:
Creation of test conditions and test designs under their own direction, as well as allocation of work to test team members.
Control and leadership of test execution regimes, including the triaging of defects and the production of test metrics
Development of test reporting materials and analysis of outcomes against objectives.
Test Competencies
Test Process: Investigates problems and opportunities in existing processes and contributes to recommending solutions to these.
Test Planning: Able to plan work involving many tasks for a milestone.
Test Control and Monitoring: Able to manage delivery of individual tasks and report progress accurately including identifying slippages, and proposing mitigations where possible
Test Completion: Communicate test results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Support creating of Test Reporting and associated analysis
Test Design and Implementation: Able to design and test cases using standard testing techniques such as Specification-based, structure-based and experience-based techniques. Able to come up with different business scenarios for a requirement, working with others in the team.
Test Tools: Can use Test Tools including Test Management and Defect Management tools. Knowledge of the use of supporting tools such as network monitoring, load generation and automation.
Technical Breadth: Has a good working knowledge of different tools and techniques and can train others. Able to advise others on testing techniques and frameworks. Able to research, plan and train others within the team.

Desirable:
Experience of Safety Critical or Air Traffic Management Testing
ISTQB advanced test analyst
Security Clearance for the position: SC Clearance
Pay Range:
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
