Leidos is seeking a Systems Analyst to support Leidos Energy, Infrastructure, and Automation Operation. This role involves knowledge of software design concepts and methods sufficient to configure and support technical architecture for Bentley ProjectWise, JIRA, and other enterprise level applications.

Primary Responsibilities
Function as an authority on the topic and an advocate for using best practices.
Manage user rights for applications according to the requirements of projects and teams.
Maintain, configure, and ensure the reliable operation of application servers.
Analyze system capability; develop functional and system requirements; complete business process design and workflow; ensure integration with other modules, system components, and other applications.
Support customized environment for planning, testing, and implementation prior to the deployment of upgrades and security patches.
Provide updates regarding any planned service outages or IT changes that may impact business operations.
Troubleshoot client service problems and disruptions caused by server/back office problems.
Provide follow-up reports (technical findings, feedback, resolution steps taken) for root cause analysis, technical assessment, and process improvement initiatives.
Research and resolve all functional development and production issues.
Assist with vulnerability remediation and manage vulnerability escalations.
Develop solutions for maintaining application data. Define requirements for data cleanup routines that maintain data integrity.

Basic Qualifications
Jira Software Knowledge
ProjectWise Software Knowledge
Working knowledge of SQL databases and SQL scripting.
Working knowledge of Windows OS and batch scripting.
Working knowledge of Rest API concepts
Ability to solve problems in stressful situations.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Demonstrate good judgement and written/verbal communications.
Ability to configure and administer enterprise-level, integrated applications, including installation, maintenance of environments (install, development, test, staging, production, etc.) patching, fixes, and upgrades.
Ability to follow documented processes and to provide updates to optimize or enhance the process when needed.
Experience working in an environment with high uptime and availability requirements.
Experience prioritizing tasks including project related activities and operational support initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree and 4 years relevant experience. Additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree may be considered.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $66,300.00 - $102,000.00 - $137,700.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
