The mission of the DHS Chief Information Security Officer Directorate (DHS CISOD) is to support the Department’s implementation of all applicable regulatory requirements including the Federal Information Security Modernization Act of 2014 (FISMA), relevant Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circulars, Executive Orders, Federal laws, directives, policies, and regulations. The DHS CISOD’s mission is to also provide the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) a secure and trusted computing environment. The DHS CISOD assists in ensuring Department compliance with information security requirements. Information security is an essential business function, critical to enabling DHS to conduct its operations and deliver service to the public.
Leidos has a critical need for a Senior Level Sharepoint Administrator to support the DHS Cyber Security Support Service Program.
Primary Responsibilities:
Work with client business owners and program managers to architect, design & implement SharePoint solutions.
Conduct analysis of business and user needs requirements in support of SharePoint design and development activities.
Complete documentation of requirements and translation of requirements into proper system requirements specifications.
Serve as a technical resource to solve SharePoint issues for users.
Manage user groups and access for all client SharePoint sites.
Develop custom site templates and design for all client SharePoint and DHSConnect sites.
Develop custom SharePoint workflows to automate current client processes.
Design forms using Infopath to improve user experience and functionality.
Develop custom dashboards and scorecards to visually display information on SharePoint.
Perform routine permission audit on client SharePoint sites.
Develop and maintain a SharePoint users and administrators guide based on implemented functionality. Work with client business owners and knowledge management team to archive documents, lists and sites to support archiving of documents and maintaining lists and sites as needed.
Deliver all requested work products by agreed upon due dates and deadlines.
Required Qualifications:
Requires BS and 12-15 years of prior relevant experience.
Minimum 3 years Microsoft SharePoint 2010 development and administration experience.
Strong understanding of Microsoft SharePoint 2010 Architecture and best practices.
Windows 2008 Server administration experience.
Experience with SQL Server.
Experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile Development practices.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $118,300.00 - $182,000.00 - $245,700.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
