- Candidate should have knowledge of Kirkpatrick's Four Levels of Evaluation
- Identify and support opportunities to expand project scope beyond current deliverable and actively share information about clients' emerging support needs and trends with team members and management
Requirements
- Must have a TS/SCI with poly to be considered
- Bachelor’s degree and up to 2 years of equivalent work experience
- Experience working with national security mission space
- Excellent facilitation skills that engage participants and students
- Manage complex relationships with stakeholders in an environment with short deadlines and high business impact
- Demonstrated experience using office productivity software
- Aptitude for accurate and detail-oriented work
- Strong customer service skills
- Solid organizational skills, including ability to manage competing priorities for self and others, meet deadlines, and exercise good judgment
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) for providing customer service in a diverse academic environment, and for interacting with senior client management, client and adjunct faculty, and students
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to negotiate fairly and rationally, and exercise sound judgment under time pressure or in emotionally charged situations
Desired
- Instructional Design Certificate
- Experience with the following software: Captivate, Camtasia, Moodle, Articulate 360, Blackboard
- Experience with Tableau data visualization software
- Experience with DigiLearn or other LMS
Pay Range:
Pay Range $39,650.00 - $61,000.00 - $82,350.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
