Description

Join Leidos’ Maryland Cyber team!   This is your chance to grow your Program Management career and lead a high technology team with a critical mission to ensure our troops have what they need to get their job done most efficiently.

  • Review and approve all Estimate To Complete, Funds and Man-hour Expenditure Report, or other financial reports as appropriate

  • Review and allocate management reserve within contractual limits

  • Ensure cross-discipline integration within the contract to meet Government needs

  • Work with the higher level program manager, if applicable, to provide effective and efficient management of the contractor's effort

  • Review and propose the Integrated Program Baseline (or resource loaded schedule) to the Government

  • Review risk mitigation activities and allocate budgets for the same

  • Prepare program status reviews and other formal reviews to be presented to the Government PM

  • Ensure the timely recruitment and training of program staff - both direct and indirect

  • Review all financial and technical reports before release to the Government

  • Communicate issues and solutions to the Government PM in a timely and transparent manner

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and administrative requirements imposed by the contract in coordination with the Contractor's contracts staff

Clearance Requirement: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

Required Skills:

  • Requires a Bachelor's Degree and (5) years of prior relevant PM experience managing a small program or projects, with a bachelor’s degree.

  • Knowledgeable of the guidelines provided by the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)

  • Must have a PMP, FAC-P/PM Mid-Level, or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 2 certification in Program Management

  • Must have at least one (1) years of demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting.

  • Experience with mid-sized, multiple Task Order Programs

  • Experience managing both internal Staff, as well as subcontracted Staff

Pay Range:

Pay Range $66,300.00 - $102,000.00 - $137,700.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
