Leidos is seeking a highly experienced Business & Operations Change Management & Strategist with expertise in organizational change management, communications, and strategy development. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency. You will work closely with various customer and internal Leidos leadership teams to develop and implement change management plans, communications strategies, and business process improvements. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact on our and our major customer’s organizational success.

This position can be located remotely or in our Baltimore MD locations.

Mentorship & Career Growth:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in business and operations strategy, with expertise in organizational change management and communications.
• Ability to drive change in complex organizations, working with cross functional teams to implement new processes and technologies.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Lean Six Sigma.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field and 12+ years of relevant experience or a Master’s and 10+ years of relevant experience.  

• Active Public Trust Clearance or Must be able to obtain a Public Trust
