Leidos is seeking a highly experienced Business & Operations Change Management & Strategist with expertise in organizational change management, communications, and strategy development. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency. You will work closely with various customer and internal Leidos leadership teams to develop and implement change management plans, communications strategies, and business process improvements. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact on our and our major customer’s organizational success.
This position can be located remotely or in our Baltimore MD locations.

Mentorship & Career Growth:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in business and operations strategy, with expertise in organizational change management and communications.
- Ability to drive change in complex organizations, working with cross functional teams to implement new processes and technologies.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $105,300.00 - $162,000.00 - $218,700.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
