We are in search of a Business Process Analyst at the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA.
Our Opportunity:
The Leidos DoD CIO Mission Support Services (CMSS) Task Order has an opening for a Business Process Analyst to support the DoD Deputy CIO (DCIO) Resources and Analysis (RA) Workforce Innovation Directorate efforts. The selected candidates will support the development and execution of an Implementation Plan for the new DoD Cyber Workforce Strategy. The Implementation Plan will address shared equities across related communities represented in a complex organizational environment, requiring extensive coordination with key stakeholders from various DoD organizations and entities. To further execution of the Implementation Plan, the candidate in this position will also participate in activities that support the Strategy (e.g., revision of Cyber Workforce Management Board Charter), DODI 8140 implementation (e.g., development of training for leaders and human resource practitioners, identification and socialization of qualification requirements), and Cyber Excepted Service expansion.
Clearance Requirement:
•Must hold an active Top Secret security clearance. (US Citizenship required)
Key Responsibilities:
•Support the development or revision of supplemental guidance and communication products.
•Support efforts to clearly convey the DoD CIO’s Cyber Workforce vision/strategy and its approach for achieving programmatic goals and objectives.
•Collaborate with stakeholders such as the Defense Civilian Personnel Advisory Service to draft or revise supplemental guidance and communications products to assist in the development or revision of cyber workforce policies, procedures, and associated cyber workforce supplemental guidance documents.
Must have's:
•Bachelor’s degree with 15 years of relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree can be substituted with 6 years of relevant experience.
•Experience with or knowledge of DoD Cyber Workforce Strategy and management.
•Ability to develop and deliver clear, concise written artifacts related to DoD Cyber Workforce Strategy implementation plans.
•Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Nice to have's:
•Ability to interact with senior Government leaders, develop and present information/decision briefings.
•Solid organization skills and attention to detail.
•Experience with, knowledge of, and/or familiarity with DoD CIO and DoD Components organization and structure.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $105,300.00 - $162,000.00 - $218,700.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
