Leidos is hiring a Systems Engineer to support the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) onsite at the National Maritime Intelligence Center in Suitland, MD.
In this role, you will be supporting the ONI Technology and Innovation Directorate, Information Management Division mission areas including the architecture for ONI’s tradecraft, production and dissemination environment. You will provide support to help our Navy customer with the creation of a new enterprise Production and Dissemination system including the migration of data holdings and testing, vetting, and loading templates and stylesheets.

What Will You Do (primary responsibilities)
Provide system engineering, operations and sustainment of applications, web development and systems administration and software licensing management.
Provide training to analysts, disseminators, and organizational administrators.
Provide user and customer support and troubleshooting, dedicated to production and dissemination issues.
Aggregate, sustain, and maintain Production Support Center process flow and ticket resolution resource library, and maintain and validate Alias sets and workflow role lists, and assist with organization business rules to be applied to metadata.
Identify and document system and/or tool requirements as provided to the Helpdesk by users/customers; assist with testing new document templates.
Manage classified holdings on multiple security domains.
Provide Data analytic support as applicable.
Communicate effectively with other departments, stakeholders, and other customers with any outstanding or ongoing connectivity, application, or other systems issues.
What Sets you Apart (job qualifications)
A related Bachelor’s degree with 5 or more years of related work experience; additional related work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Broad understanding of Oracle, MongoDB, SQL Server, Sybase, or other similar systems.
Strong organizational skills and familiarity with MS automation products (Word, Excel, etc.)
Practical testing expertise to include application and system documentation.
Ability to communicate effectively with developers and translate that understanding into effective technical writing for non-technical end users.
Experience in preparation of standard operating procedures.
Clearance Requirement
A current DoD Top Secret/SCI (you will not be considered if you currently don't possess this level of clearance)
Certification Requirement
A current IAT Level II or Higher certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+)

Pay Range:
Pay Range $78,000.00 - $141,000.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
