As a Deputy Agile Program Manager, this role requires an experienced Systems Engineer to assist the Agile Program Manager (APM) with leading a team in a Government IC environment. This role has direct customer communication and is a point-of-contact to support application roadmap design and definition, perform risk management identification and mitigation, and development implementation timelines based on a tailored SAFe Agile DevSecOps environment. This role works with internal systems engineers, technical leadership, and scrum masters to ensure customer priorities are planned and executed through the implementation lifecycle.
This role is responsible for assisting the APM with technical planning, technical executing, coordination between Agile teams and business needs. It also includes coordination of verification, validation, and fielding high-impact systems into operations. Performs analysis of alternatives, cost optimization analysis, and risk reduction planning. Duties include performing systems requirements analysis, functional analysis, timeline analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition, technical coordination, integration, system testing, and quality assurance.
Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.
Experience planning and leading major technology assignments.
Experience evaluating performance results and recommending major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
Experience as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
Experience supervising others.
Candidate must have BS degree with 12+ years of prior relevant experience or MS with 10+ years of prior relevant experience. Will consider experience in lieu of a degree
Candidate must be US Citizen.
Candidate must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph
Experience operating in an Agile SecDevOps environment
Able to work at customer facility
Experience with requirements management, portfolio management, Lean Six Sigma, and other optimization methodologies. Black Belt or other certifications are desired.
Pay Range:Pay Range $118,300.00 - $182,000.00 - $245,700.00
