The Leidos Intelligence Group has an opening for a fully cleared Executive Administrator seeking a rewarding and challenging opportunity supporting a departmental Front Office for an Intelligence Community customer.
The position will support our client's occupational healthcare department by serving as the Executive Administrator to senior departmental personnel. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting the client in an Executive Administrator role.
Responsibilities may vary based upon fluctuating needs but will include typical Front Office Executive Administrator duties, such as;
Providing Front Office desk/reception support
Answering phones and routing calls
Coordinating schedules for multiple senior client executives
Maintaining calendars for multiple senior client executives
Liaising between client offices and other IC partners
Sorting and routing mail
Preparing conference rooms for meetings
Providing ad hoc office support, to include supporting the department's Medical Administrators as needed (no prior medical office support is required for this position)
Basic Qualifications
Possession of a current and active Top Secret SCI with polygraph clearance is required.
High School diploma and 8 to 12 years of experience
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Must have strong inter-personal skills and ability to interact effectively with various clientele in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized and detail oriented; ability to multi task
Must be able to work well under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience working as an Executive Administrator or comparable role for the client
Pay Range:
Pay Range $63,050.00 - $113,975.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
