We have an immediate need for an experienced Enterprise Agile Lead to work in a Government IC environment. This role performs project management tasks to coordinate and prioritize user stories for implementation by team members. This role provides Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and metrics generation and analysis in order to track overall efficiency of software delivery across team. Finally, this role facilitates horizontal communication across team member to identify any impediments that may prevent team progress while working mitigation plans as needed.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for technical planning of system hardware-software-network design, development and integration, verification and validation, for maintenance, enhancement and new development projects. Evaluates alternatives including cost and risk, supportability and analyses for total systems. Duties include performing systems requirements analysis, functional analysis, timeline analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition, technical management, integration, system testing, and quality assurance.
Applies fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments. Performs work that requires practical experience and training. Work is performed under program supervision.
Basic Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or other related technical field with 10+ years of prior relevant experience or Bachelor’s degree in a business or management-related field accompanied by experience managing technical requirements in complex programs with 12+ years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience displaying expert domain knowledge in a technical field.
- Experience negotiating complex scenarios and challenges and devising courses of action to resolve situations with predictable outcomes.
- Experience leading critical objectives where decision making is of utmost concern to the outcome.
- Experience supervising/mentoring others to improve adherence with processes and enhance the quality and timeliness of technical deliveries.
- Candidate must have active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $118,300.00 - $213,850.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
