The Leidos C-sUAS E&I team currently has an opening for a Systems Engineer to provide full life-cycle systems engineering support for the Medusa C-sUAS SoS program.

Your Main Mission:
As a member of the systems engineering team, the candidate will interact with other engineering disciplines to define and manage system requirements and architecture at the system, sub-system and product level.
The candidate will also provide support to the C-sUAS mission using their experience in the areas of integration and test to support the SoS test program.
The candidate will work with the program technical leadership, Government customer to create system level test plans, test procedures and lead the testing activities at the Leidos SIL and program test range.
The candidate will also communicate as required with the USAF customer and stakeholders.
What Sets You Apart:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering, or other engineering or technical discipline and 4+ years of prior relevant experience or a Master’s with 2+ years of prior relevant experience.
Must be a US Citizen
Must possess an active SECRET clearance
Candidate must have experience deriving requirements for complex software, electrical, electro-mechanical, and mechanical systems.
Candidate must have experience with requirements management, to include requirements traceability, requirements change process, and requirements verification.
Knowledgeable in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and experience in applying it to the full engineering lifecycle
Experience performing integration activities for hardware and software systems.
Experience developing, refining and executing test plans and procedures for hardware and software systems.
Position requires candidates to be capable of performing in a collaborative engineering environment working closely with multi-disciplinary teams
Candidate must have demonstrated experience effectively communicating within a team environment.
Knowledge in Agile methodologies and Scrum

Active Top Secret clearance
Operational experience with the USAF Security Forces
Working knowledge of semi-autonomous system operations
Working knowledge of USAF C5ISR systems
Clearance Required:
Must possess an active DoD Secret level clearance at time of consideration

Pay Range:
Pay Range $78,000.00 - $141,000.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
