Description
Leidos's Defense group is seeking a Requirements Manager to support the AFNCR contract at The Pentagon Arlington, VA. The Requirements Manager will deploy/configure new IT hardware in response to incoming customer requests. Communicate daily with multiple customers and internal teams to ensure SLA’s/metrics are met and capture all work performed via Remedy. Other duties as assigned.
Manage IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems.
Desktop system management responsibilities involving account monitoring, security, Operating System (OS) installation, and other local area end user related functions.
Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.
Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
Provide Tier 1 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problem.
Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
Effectively communicate and directly engage with customers and colleagues.
Hands-on diagnose network related issues.
Work independently to resolve technical issues in a dynamic environment.
Focus on superior customer satisfaction.
Basic Qualifications
BA degree and 4 – 8 years of prior relevant experience; degree may be waived if approved by customer.
Security+ (or equivalent)
Secret security clearance
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated technical experience and understanding of virtual and physical support systems
Able to demonstrate an analytical and systematic approach to technical challenges
Active Directory Systems Administrator experience
Preferred Qualifications
Remedy experience, IT field service experience

Pay Range:
Pay Range $66,300.00 - $119,850.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
