Leidos is currently seeking a Systems Analyst to support the Energy, Infrastructure, and Automation Operation. This role involves knowledge of software design concepts and methods sufficient to configure and support technical architecture for Bentley ProjectWise, JIRA, and other enterprise level applications.
The ideal candidate will:
Analyze existing on-prem ProjectWise setup and make recommendations for migration to cloud.
Manage user rights for applications according to the requirements of projects and teams.
Troubleshoot user/server issues in a timely fashion.
Maintain, configure, and ensure the reliable operation of application servers.
Support customized environment for planning, testing, and implementation prior to the deployment of upgrades and security patches.
Provide follow-up reports (technical findings, feedback, resolution steps taken) for root cause analysis, technical assessment, and process improvement initiatives.
Produce technical guides and provide training for ProjectWise users.
Assist with vulnerability remediation and manage vulnerability escalations.
Provide day to day user support.
Other duties as assigned.
Essential skills and experience needed:
PowerShell scripting experience with ProjectWise PWPS_DAB module, a must.
4 years ProjectWise administrator experience to include:
Environment configuration
Data source setup
Project creation
ICS_PDF setup for multiple clients AutoCAD & MicroStation
Implement project workflows, application integration support
User Permissions
Project close outs & data archiving
Working knowledge of Windows OS and batch scripting.
Working knowledge of Rest API concepts.
Ability to solve problems in stressful situations.
Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and written/verbal communications.
Ability to configure and administer enterprise-level, integrated applications, including installation, maintenance of environments (install, development, test, staging, production, etc.) patching, fixes, and upgrades.
Ability to follow documented processes and to provide updates to optimize or enhance the process when needed.
Experience working in an environment with high uptime and availability requirements.
Experience prioritizing tasks including project related activities and operational support initiatives.
Desired Skills:
Experience with integrating AutoCAD & MicroStation Connect workspaces into ProjectWise.
Jira Software Knowledge
SQL Server
Education and Overall Experience:
Bachelors degree and 4 years relevant experience. Additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree may be considered.

The Salary Range for this position is $85-$95K.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $66,300.00 - $119,850.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
