Leidos has an opening for a Cyber Systems Analyst at Lackland AFB in San Antonio, TX. Candidates must currently possess a TS/SCI security clearance.

Primary Responsibilities

The selected Analyst will serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all related ISR and Cyber IT requirements to DAF CLOUDwork-San Antonio.  Provides IT support dealing with various hardware/software, computer applications, LAN components, and peripheral issues on NIPR, SIPR and AFJWICS.   Researches, installs, organizes, tests, maintains, checks, and troubleshoots end user workstations and interrelated hardware and software.  Assists in the research, purchase, and tracking of essential computer equipment assets as an Information Technology Equipment Custodian. Carries out on-site analysis, identification, and resolution of difficult desktop problems for end users.  Manages two classified SharePoint sites to ensure vital cyberspace data accessibility.  Routinely provides technical recommendations reflecting state-of-the-art technology use, inserting technology forecasts, and identifying IA shortfalls. Creates/manages user accounts and permissions to consent access to three network domains. Upholds and tests security, blocking unapproved access. Chalk out maintenance plan for the prevention of unexpected failures. Sets up the Organization’s computer system to meet specific business goals. Monitors day to day computer performance. Maintains and resolves issues on LAN/WAN, VoIP telephones, and AV system connections. Ensures desktop computers interconnection seamlessly with diverse system keeping in mind compatibility factors. Coordinates with vendors to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software. Endorses and applies upgrades to systems to ensure durability. Validates & approves VPN access for all remote users. Assists in technical upgrading and maintaining of entire desktop systems. Train and guide staff in hardware and software usage.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or experience in lieu of degree) and 3-7 years of relevant experience.

  • DoD 8570 required for CST duties

  • Security+ Certification

  • TS/SCI security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A+ Certification

  • Network+ Certification

Pay Range:

Pay Range $66,300.00 - $119,850.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
