The QRC Airborne ISR Systems Division of the Airborne Solutions Group of Leidos currently has an opening for a Logistics Process & Database Coordinator supporting the KSA program. Leidos is the Logistics and Product Support lead for the Persistent Surveillance Systems Tethered (PSS-T) for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) platforms located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the Leidos QRC AISR Systems Division.

The Logistics Process & Database Coordinator is responsible for managing workflows and training related to the Logistics Management database, RepairData. The position requires evaluating and improving procedures and processes in a logical format for the Logistics Teams’ use, to include SOP guidance, PowerPoint presentations, and email direction. Responsible for administration tasks associated with RepairData accounts, logistics project and reports oversight, and troubleshooting support for all database issues.

THE CHALLENGE (primary responsibilities)

  • Manages all accounts within the Logistics information management system.

  • Manipulate and establish creative workflows in the database by adding data fields, creating inspections and building work orders.

  • Prepares custom reports for internal and external purposes as requested by different stakeholders across the program.

  • Responsible for communication with database developer for database issues and system development.

  • Oversees all the inputs and updates of the property asset records into RepairData database by the Logistics and Operations team.  Makes needed corrections and provides feedback to users to improve correctness of future inputs.

  • Content developer for new procedures and processes within the RepairData database in the form of SOP development and guidance, Training material using mostly PowerPoint presentations and critical time sensitive notices via emails to users as needed.

  • Responsible for training of KSA employees on processes and the utilization of RepairData.

  • Troubleshoot any technical or workflow issues within RepairData, develop corrective actions and coordinate with software developers as needed.

  • Collaborate with IT, Engineering, Operations, and Personnel logistics department heads for database process needs, workflow issues and reporting requirements.

  • Responsible for communication with customer representatives on how the database adheres to established polices guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control.

  • Assist with annual updates on Standard Operating Procedures related to Logistics Management and operations reporting.

WHAT SETS YOU APART (basic qualifications)

  • Requires a BA degree and 2 - 4 years of prior relevant experience, Masters with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience, or High School Diploma with 8 years of relevant experience.

  • Excellent Microsoft Suite Skills (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook)

  • Excellent Analytical Skills

  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills

  • Excellent Database Proficiency (ERP/MRP database)

  • High capacity for independent learning, self-study and exploration of new subject matter

  • Critical thinker that can analyze issues and determine the best course of action.

Security Clearance Requirement

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior Experience working for the DoD supporting Government Property Administration

  • Prior Experience training others in database utilization, logistics processes and procedures.

  • Experience managing a project

  • Experience developing or updating Standard Operating Procedures

  • Experience with audit preparedness and response

  • Experience adhering to regulatory and quality standards

AIRBORNEISR

Pay Range:

Pay Range $48,750.00 - $75,000.00 - $101,250.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
